The close to the Island Queen Ferry . It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the Marthas Vineyard Ferry boat.
The rooms where old and dated, the pool area was below standards the it was just awful(slimmy at the bottom) .

The room was very comfortable, extremely comfy bed. It had a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment and a writing table. All staff were efficient and decent, ensured our stay was wonderful. Location: the hotel was not far from beaches and Martha's Vineyard. Went to Anchor Ale House for drink or two, set not too far from the property...

when we got there, the room's air conditioner was not working, and the TV was not working, moved to another room, TV still not working but they said that they were having problems with the cable, I did not belive this because when we had asked to move the 2nd time and I told the man at the front desk that the TV was not working, he said that no one else was complaining. So, if the cable was out, why would not one else complain. This was out 2nd time staying there and I will not stay there again. Staff was great, but the room was not that clean and comfortable,. Basically, if they are going to charge people over $120 dollars, I think that they should improve the rooms.

When we got there they gave us our room number and when we went to the room, it was filthy! The beds were torn apart and everything was on the floor. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room. This one was better. We put our things in the room and left for our niece's rehearsel dinner. While we were at the dinner we found out another guest (who was at the wedding with us) had to check out because of bed bugs in the room! Their room was right next door to ours!!!!!!!! We got back to the hotel at 10:15 and checked right out. We were, however, given a full refund and no questions asked!

great walks to beaches and bakeries nearby for weekend explorers
Being just a short walk to both Falmouth Heights Beach and Mary Ellen's Portuguese Bakery was the perfect treat after a long day of exploring the charming local scenery. The breakfast area could use a bit more organization and selection to enhance the start of the day.

It was in Falmouth.
I meant to close Inn on the Square but was confused and picked the wrong hotel. This place was further from my mom's house.

Recommend for a mini-vacation
Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a fantastic location just minutes from the beaches and a lovely village with great dining options including a nearby Portuguese bakery for breakfast.

The pool was closed the entire stay. No refund was given. How do you close a pool in the middle of the summer on Cape Cod and not call your guest to warn them or give them a discount? Unexceptable. I will never go back.

It was nice, close to some great beaches.some good eating ,close to docks, good shopping and close to rest of cape.
The downtown shops close to early, for people go to beach all day,not much to do with family after dinner. No movies.

missingWrote a review on 06 Septclean poolgreat locationpoor breakfast
The pool area offers a clean environment, perfect for a quick dip. Convenient location near the beach and a great spot for grabbing ice cream from Dairy Queen across the street.
Unfortunately, the game room seemed like an afterthought, with just three broken arcade games crammed into a small space. The continental breakfast left much to be desired with frozen muffins and mediocre coffee, not worth getting up early for. Plus, it can be a hassle finding parking with spaces feeling limited for all the guests.
